Em 1960, Medress convidou novos integrantes para o grupo: os irmãos Phil e Mitch Margo e Jay Siegel. Em 1962 gravaram o maior e inesquecível sucesso: "The Lion Sleep Tonight", baseado em uma música Zulu, da África do Sul , "Wimoweh".
